Delivered Ready-to-Use: All Plaswall™ panels are precisely pre-cut at the factory in Manila based on your project’s architectural drawings and delivered to your site neatly stacked on pallets for easy handling. We also invite our customers to visit the factory to see the advanced manufacturing process firsthand and gain confidence in the quality of the Plaswall™ system.

• Clearly Labeled: Each panel is clearly marked with its designated position and installation sequence, ensuring a smooth, organized, and error-free assembly process.

Step-by-Step Installation Process

• Site Preparation
  Properly mark the floor layout and position all rebar reinforcement according to the structural engineering plans to ensure a solid foundation for the Plaswall™ system.

• Panel Assembly
  Plaswall™ panels are lightweight enough for manual handling and erection on site. As panels are assembled, reinforcement bars, electrical conduits, and utility channels can be integrated directly within the wall cavities.

• Bracing
  Securely brace the panels in place to maintain precise alignment and structural stability throughout the concrete pouring process.

• Concrete Pouring
  Using Sterling’s proprietary Form-Lock clamping system, concrete can be poured rapidly with ready-mix concrete. Alternatively, a progressive spiral manual pour technique is also possible to suit specific project requirements.

• Finishing
  Once the concrete cures, panel joints can be taped and finished. A primer coat can be applied directly onto the fiber cement surface, providing a smooth, paint-ready finish—completely eliminating the need for traditional plastering or rendering.
